Real Intercontinental Metrocentro Managua, an IHG Hotel

very nice very clean the workers are very nice except the person who was in charge of breakfast in the buffet…When I went in the morning to have breakfast, this person did not even say good morning, she was very worried to know if I was staying in that hotel and to know if I had a room number. I found it very rude is lack of, maybe she thought that I was not staying at the hotel and it is very sad to know that there are still people who treat you according to the way you look

Everything! The staff was helpful and friendly, the facilities clean and nice. The hotel is in a very good spot, near malls and restaurants, and there are taxis and buses available to go to the areas that are not so nearby. We will definitely come back!

What’s not to like? Centrally located, always very clean and an exceptional staff to accommodate you!

Everything, hotel is very nice and clean. My son loves the pool every time we stay at the hotel. The food is very good and the staff servers, cooks, supervisors and general manager are very attentive to the the clients needs.
