very nice very clean the workers are very nice except the person who was in charge of breakfast in the buffet…When I went in the morning to have breakfast, this person did not even say good morning, she was very worried to know if I was staying in that hotel and to know if I had a room number. I found it very rude is lack of, maybe she thought that I was not staying at the hotel and it is very sad to know that there are still people who treat you according to the way you look

Everything! The staff was helpful and friendly, the facilities clean and nice. The hotel is in a very good spot, near malls and restaurants, and there are taxis and buses available to go to the areas that are not so nearby. We will definitely come back!

We especially liked the level of attention to the Covid protocols at the hotel, the attention of the staff and the quality of the room. We ate in the restaurant and found the choice for breakfast to be excellent as well as the service level of the staff. However the experience in the restaurant for our anniversary dinner was exceptional. Thank you to all staff who made our staff perfect.

Everything, hotel is very nice and clean. My son loves the pool every time we stay at the hotel. The food is very good and the staff servers, cooks, supervisors and general manager are very attentive to the the clients needs.

Hotel is very modernized, clean, and beautiful. The rooms are top quality, comfy and I had a great view of Managua. I loved the personal asistente they offer through WhatsApp.
